debajo#03 · Hooverian Blur
Together again with Corrosive, we bring Hooverian Blur aka Warlock to Seville for our third event. Jason has been a radio and rave regular since the early days of acid house and hardcore. He is co-founder of the Rag & Bone Records, a twisted breaks, electro, techno, bass and dubstep label, and was a member of the Dead Silence Syndicate, a ‘collective of ravers, punks, b-boys, hooligans and computer nerds who never quite did get over the first time they heard those amplified beats screaming out of a well tuned soundsystem’.
With his more recent aka Hooverian Blur he experiments with breaks and gravy bass sounds, with high-voltage releases in labels as Varvet Records, Sneaker Social Club, Furthur Electronix or Discs of the World.
This deluxe line-up is completed with a live performance by The Wire Alliance, regulars on the Sevillian scene, lovers of IDM and the most technoid dark sounds and founders of Keynell Records; K-R-Kid, lover of the most electro sounds and linked to Electronic Wave and the patrón Voisson, from Corrosive, who will put the final cherry on top and guarantee the final burning of your sneakers.
Party will be held at Sala Even, this Saturday, May 4th.

debajo#02 · Vema-Diodes
Finally, the second event from debajo arrives—hand in hand with Corrosive—where we bring Vema-Diodes from Gente Seria Viste Chandal/Dialecto Periférico to share the floor with the Granada-based Cadiz native DJhon:i:on, Sara Sedjat and Voisson. A party with a lot of fun that will range between electro, breaks and techno.
Vema began her journey in production in 2000 and seven years later he founded his own collective, Desobediencia Bassika. Since 2014 and until now, he teaches classes at his own production and mixing school, Art-technik, in addition to promoting parties such as the Llobregat Bass Warrios and several labels such as Dialecto Periférico, Util Records or Gente Seria Viste Chandal (‘Serious people wearing tracksuits’), which was born «as a record label with the purpose of releasing established and new artists with a guarantee of quality, without pretensions, beyond supporting the local scene but with the very clear concept of what we want: to move your ass!». He has an extensive discography where electro sounds predominate, with industrial and synthetic features, the sound of TR-808 and torn distortions.
The party will be this time in Sala X, on the 23rd, Saturday of Glory, as it could not be otherwise. Locate it on the map below.
